Poems in the Air 2026

Poems in the air is a Zoom based advanced poetry workshop primarily as a follow-up for students of Making Fine Poems and by invitation only. There will be 10 monthly sessions in 2025. As many students discover, it is hard to keep up the motivation for writing poetry when you finish a course. In each session Diane will give a prompt at the start of the class and students will be given 15-20 minutes to write something and then read it back. Over the following month, students will be encouraged to send the revised poem via Word plus an additional exercise. In the next session we will be able to read the poems on screen and discuss them. Students will be limited to a maximum of 6.

Total Fee $350 Can be paid in two instalments.

Starts Monthly 10.30 am Wednesday 4 February

February 25, April 15, May 27, June 24, July 22, August 19, September 23, October 21, November 25
